First Post!

I am looking forward to posting my encounters with technology this semester. In fact, I've already run into it.

On a daily basis, my SBTE uses PowerPoint to present a warm up to all of her classes. To allow all students to see, she has connected the computer to the TV at the front of the room. Students immediately know what to do when they enter the classroom--the TV draws their attention as soon as they walk in and they start working.

It is a simple form of technology, but it plays a major role in the daily routines of the students.
